The first 414 people admitted to The Pendle Circle when paid membership opens will become its Founding Members. Their permanent numbers will run from 001 to 414 and will never be reissued.
When Member 414 enters the Founding Ledger, The 414 will be complete. Ordinary membership may continue, but no further Founding Memberships will be created.
