When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, country, optional referral source, consent record and technical information needed for security. Contact enquiries may also include a subject and message.
Why we use it
We use waitlist information with your consent to record interest, plan availability by region and contact you about The Pendle Circle’s launch. We use enquiry information to respond to you, based on our legitimate interests in operating the project.
Storage and sharing
Information will be handled by our chosen email or form service once connected. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards will be used. Specific provider and retention details must be added here before collection is activated.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your data, object to some processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
